HSE Advisor – Substation Project in Orkney

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a substation project in Orkney. This is a short-term opportunity lasting 1-2 months with an immediate start available.

• Must have: NEBOSH General Certificate
• Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma
• Experience in a construction or civil engineering environment preferred

• Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing guidance and support to site teams on HSE best practices
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensuring all HSE documentation is up to date and in line with company policies

• Location: Orkney
• Duration: 1-2 months
• Start Date: ASAP
• Tax Method: PAYE
