HSE Advisor – Substation Project in Orkney
Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support a substation project in Orkney. This is a short-term opportunity lasting 1-2 months with an immediate start available.
Role Requirements:- Must have: NEBOSH General Certificate
- Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma
- Experience in a construction or civil engineering environment preferred
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing guidance and support to site teams on HSE best practices
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Ensuring all HSE documentation is up to date and in line with company policies
- Location: Orkney
- Duration: 1-2 months
- Start Date: ASAP
- Tax Method: PAYE
