Sanderson is working in partnership with its client in the UK. We are currently recruiting Service Transition Manager to be UK based out.

Job Title= Service Transition ManagerLocation = Remote / GosportDuration= 6 Months initially

Essential Skills* Degree-level education or equivalent professional training and experience,* Minimum of five years' experience in an IT service environment within a complex and diverse organisation,* At least two years' experience in a service environment implementing ITIL service management principles and processes,* Demonstrable experience and aptitude in working within a matrix organisation, using effective negotiating and influencing skills while maintaining good working relationships,* Sufficient technical background to understand core system architectures and the impact of new technologies; experience with enterprise-level applications is advantageous,* Proven ability to manage personal and others' work, plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines,* Ability to work independently, show persistence, foster good working relationships across teams, and contribute to the SMO team environment,* Strong interpersonal skills and political awareness,* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to users at all levels and attention to detail,* Strong analysis and problem-solving skills,* Understanding of IT standards and a willingness to achieve further formal ITIL qualifications as required,* Confident use of Microsoft Office tools, email, and web browsers.
