We are seeking a talented CAD CAM Programmer to join our clients team. The CAD CAM Programmer will be responsible for programming offline using Alphacam CAD/CAM software to create toolpaths for CNC machines. This role plays a crucial part in our manufacturing process and requires a strong attention to detail and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Generate efficient toolpath programs using Alphacam CAD/CAM software.
- Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to determine the best approach for programming.
- Optimize CNC machine performance by fine-tuning toolpaths and machining strategies.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or toolpath issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in CAD/CAM programming.
