Electrical Service Engineer required. My client is a leading supplier of UPS and Generator systems across the UK who are looking to bring a Service Engineer on board to bolster their team in Fareham. The ideal candidate will come from a Service & Maintenance background, will have experience with the UPS/IPS, will ideally have experience working in Healthcare environments and will be based within a commutable distance of Gosport.
Electrical Service Engineer Job Overview- Servicing and repairs along with offering support and training to other staff
- communicating with customers, sub-contractors and staff on technical issues
- Make recommendations and advice for solutions to site issues as well as advising on required spare parts fitment
- Undertaking diagnosis, fault finding and rectification
- Liaise with specialist subcontractors to ensure SLA's are achieved
- Travelling throughout the UK as required including nights away
- HNC/HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Multiple years direct UPS service experience
- Additional background experience in Electrical/Electronic equipment specifically Power Electronics
- Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)
- Previous field service experience essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK Driving licence
- Base within a commutable distance of Gosport
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Full time Monday - Friday + Overtime
