Cable Assembler

Job Title:Cable Assembler

Job Type:Contract, 6 month on-going

Location:Gosport

Salary:Up to £18.00 PAYE/ £23.76 Umbrella per hour

Hours:Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:00

This is an exciting opportunity for a Cable Assembler to join an exciting, progressive business within manufacturing. I am looking for people who have Cable Assembler experience and have worked on builds of special-purpose devices before.

Cable Assembler role:

Building wiring harnesses and looms, Wiring, crimping

Electro-mechanical assemblies

Working from technical drawings and schematics

Conduct basic testing

Complete job cards and supporting documents

Required experience for the Cable Assembler role:

Previous Cable Assembly experience

Experienced in wiring, looms, harnesses

Able to follow intricate drawings

Certified in IPC-620 or J-STD-001

Keen eye for detail and high standards
