Electrician for Reactive Repairs in Social Housing

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team, specialising in reactive repairs for social housing properties. If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a focus on ensuring the safety and functionality of tenants' homes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emergency electrical repair requests within social housing properties.
  • Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carrying out installations, rewires, and electrical inspections as required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety standards and in compliance with current regulations.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with property managers, tenants, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition, and City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in social housing or similar environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to respond quickly to reactive repairs and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
