We’re on the lookout for a Temporary Asset Controller to join our client 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) on-site in Gosport. This is a 12-week contract initially, with a strong likelihood of extension. Start date is ASAP, subject to clearance.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Goods In/Goods Out operations, ensuring compliance with security and health & safety regulations.
Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory (laptops, peripherals) using ServiceNow.
Conduct physical and spot-check audits, reporting findings and resolution actions.
Keep corporate hardware & laptop records updated using Excel.
Assist with laptop patching and ensure compliance before distribution.
Provide first-line fault resolution for MODNET devices.
Plan and execute the secure disposal of obsolete hardware, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Support the Media Registrar function as required.

What You’ll Need:

Proficiency in Excel & ServiceNow.
A current driving licence.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
