Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the control of Goods In/Goods out and the upkeep of the Warehouse spaces ensuring all customer, Security and Health and Safety requirements are always meet.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware assets including laptops and peripherals to ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Carry out full physical and spot check audits of assets to ensure accuracy of ServiceNow reporting all findings including resolution actions to the Lead Asset Manager.
  • Apply updates and maintain accurate corporate hardware & Laptop device records utilising Excel.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the disposal of obsolete or end-of-life hardware in accordance with environmental regulations and policies to ensure secure data destruction on all disposed hardware to protect sensitive information.
  • Support the Media Registrar by performing all the activities of the Media Registrar function

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good IT/Excel Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving License required
