Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging Business and IT lessons across Key Stages 3, and 4 (potentially KS5 in time)Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to support all learnersContribute to curriculum development and improvement planning for both subjectsAssess and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedbackMaintain a positive learning environment that fosters entrepreneurial thinking and digital literacyPrepare students for GCSE and A-level examinations in Business and ITThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentIs degree educated in a relevant subject areaDemonstrates strong subject knowledge in both Business and ITShows commitment to raising student achievement and inspiring future entrepreneurs and tech innovatorsPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDisplays enthusiasm for ongoing professional developmentWhat's on offer?
