V7 Recruitment is seeking a contract site manager for a Data Centre project in Gosport and Portsmouth.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience managing subcontractors and client interactions.
The contract is outside IR35 and spans 6 months, with potential for further work in the southern regions.
Candidates should possess SMSTS and CSCS certifications along with a strong work ethic and communication skills.
A background in M&E, particularly in Mission Critical or Data Centre projects, is desired.

The client is a well established M&E/ Data Centre Construction Specialist, that work on projects across the UK and the world.

The contract is outside IR35 - 6 Month withfurther work in the southern regions.

Experience managing subcontractors and client facing
Experienceworking alongside a Project manager but being the lead on the site
Good communication and work ethic
Desired M&E background on Mission Critical or Data Centre Project / Live Environments
