We are currently recruiting an Electrical Wiring and Assembly Specialist to work in our electrical assembly department. This role requires a high level of technical expertise in wiring connectors and working with intricate, delicate electrical parts. You'll need to be familiar with a wide range of connectors and possess excellent attention to detail to ensure that our products meet rigorous aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical components, ensuring accuracy and reliability in each build.
  • Perform intricate tasks such as soldering, crimping, and connector wiring to exact specifications.
  • Work with sealants, adhesives, and potting compounds to protect electrical assemblies.
  • Maintain detailed job cards and ensure all material traceability throughout the build process.
  • Collaborate closely with the team while also working independently when needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Connector Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with various types of wiring connectors, particularly in complex and delicate assemblies.
  • Ability to interpret and work from detailed electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong skills in wiring, soldering, and crimping, with attention to precision and care.
  • Familiarity with electrical standards and practices, especially in high-stakes environments like aviation.
  • Previous experience with mechanical and electrical assemblies, ideally in the aerospace or defence sectors.
