Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the M&E package of a large residential project.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and onsite teams.
- Conduct regular site visits (minimum 3 days per week) to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with specific expertise in M&E systems.
- Strong track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
