CMA is working closely with a steadily growing SME business based near Gosport, to help them recruit a newly created Accounts Assistant, to support with transactional procedures.
This is an ideal opportunity for an AAT studier seeking a diverse role within a small, friendly team environment where personal development is welcome as the business continues to grow.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
- Mixed value credit control by phone and email.
- Using your excellent communication skills to forge excellent client relationships.
- Raising sales ledger invoices and dealing with all associated queries.
- Processing accounts payable invoices and performing payment runs.
- Credit Card reconciliations.
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Some prior experience in accounts, specifically with credit control or similar.
- Possess a flexible working approach and happy to take on additional duties as required.
- Studying towards AAT or equivalent desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
