Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to support all learnersContribute to the department's curriculum development and improvement planningAssess and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedbackMaintain a positive learning environment that fosters scientific curiosity and academic excellenceThe Ideal Candidate:
Holds or is working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentIs degree educated in a relevant field and can demonstrate strong subject knowledge.Shows commitment to raising student achievement and fostering a love for SciencePossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDisplays enthusiasm for ongoing professional developmentWe Offer:
