Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School – Gosport

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to provide tailored assistance to individuals and small groups of students. Your role will involve promoting inclusivity, helping students develop their confidence, and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed academically and socially.

  • Transferable skills from roles such as Support Worker, Youth Worker, Care Worker, or similar are highly desirable.
