Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Roof Tile Production Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for the manual production of high-quality roof tiles, ensuring that all products meet company and industry standards. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00- 4:30pm
Pay: £11.80-£17.70
Key Responsibilities
Prepare raw materials for tile production as per specified
Shape roof tiles manually using molds or other tools provided.
Ensure proper drying, curing, or baking of tiles as required
Inspect tiles during and after production for defects
Clean and maintain production tools, molds, and workspace regularly.
Report any damaged equipment or tools to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in manual production or manufacturing is preferred
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions if necessary.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying defects and maintaining high-quality standards.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools and production equipment.
Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
