Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Licence 

Location: Goxhill, near Barton upon Humber

Start Date: Immediate

Pay Rate: £11.80 per hour (first 39 hours) £17.70 (after 39 hours) - standard 45 hours week would equate to £566.40 per week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm (45 hours)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Counterbalance Driver to join our team at our Goxhill facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift (Counterbalance) Operation: Skillful operation of the forklift to move and stack materials in various areas of the facility.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• FLT Counterbalance Licence: Current and valid Forklift Counterbalance licence.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Team Player: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
