Job Overview:

As a Fleet Engineer specializing in rolling stock, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our fleet. You will work collaboratively with various teams to oversee engineering processes, implement maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Oversee the condition and performance of rolling stock, implementing maintenance strategies and schedules to maximize efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rolling stock.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and safety protocols, conducting regular audits and inspections.
  • Project Management: Lead and support projects aimed at improving fleet performance and reliability.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and maintenance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless fleet operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and modifications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Transport Engineering preferred).
