Description
- Oversee the management and optimisation of SAP ERP systems across the organisation.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their system needs and implement effective solutions.
- Enhance business processes through the efficient use of technology.
- Manage a small team of 2 analysts
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead system upgrades and new system implementations.
- Provide training and support to staff on system usage.
- Liaise with vendors and manage relationships.
Profile
A successful SAP ERP Systems Manager should have:
- Expert knowledge of SAP ERP systems preferably FI/CO and/or SD/MM
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Demonstrable experience of managing systems implementations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
