This is an amazing opportunity to learn digital skills that will support Taskmaster’s recruitment professionals. Established in 1994, Taskmaster has a network of offices managed by energetic people and this is your opportunity to be part of the ongoing success of this dynamic business.

Due to continued success an amazing opportunity has become available for a motivated person to join Taskmaster Resources as their apprentice. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Learning to use ‘Profile’ – our CRM system-  to upload applications, and completed reference checks
  • Designing marketing mailers on Canva and distributing them with Outlook
  • Working on our social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
  • Making timesheets through Microsoft 365 package and inputting payroll and holidays onto “Profile”
  • Selecting candidates using CRM and contacting them via Outlook
  • Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the CRM system

Required skills:

  • Excellent computer skills – these will be enhanced with your apprenticeship training
  • Take pride in your work and enjoy being organised
  • Be able to speak to different people and build relationships
  • The ability to think for yourself and enjoy solving problems

Salary:

  • With an excellent starting apprentice salary of £18,000 per annum and regular reviews based on performance this is a role that is not to be missed.  After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 8am-5pm – one hour for lunch
