Administrator (4-Month Contract, Thursday to Monday, 1pm - 9pm)

Job Type: Full-Time, 4-Month Contract
Salary: 12 per hour for Weekdays / 18 Weekends
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the transport industry is a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Answer calls and respond to emails, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain and update records, particularly in relation to transport operations (transport experience is beneficial).
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and various administrative tasks.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
About You:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
- Previous experience in the transport industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, Thursday to Monday, 1pm - 9pm.
