The Company:ER Recruitment are excited to be partnering with our client, a luxury accommodation and visitor attraction venue in North East Leicestershire.They are seeking an Accommodation Manager who is adept at handling a variety of types of accommodation and have outstanding customer service and leadership skills. Role & Responsibilities of the Accommodation Manager:

• Manage and sell a variety of types of accommodation throughout the estate
• Work with outsourced booking sites and look at ways to redirect traffic back to the estate website.
• Ensure that guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded, maintaining a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the venue and all types of accommodation
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all areas of accommodation are well-maintained and presented to the highest standards.
• Liaise closely with the cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Work together collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure enquiries are handled diligently and the accommodation has outstanding exposure across all platforms.

About You as the Accommodation Manager:

• Previous experience selling accommodation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Highly organised while being a problem solver.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
