Our client, a leading East Midlands Business Consultancy, is seeking an Accountant to join their established team in Grantham.
The role offers a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 for a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include preparing accounts, management accounts, tax computations, and mentoring junior staff.
Candidates should be ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified, or QBE, with strong IT skills and ideally recent experience in a UK Accountancy Firm.

Our client, a leading East Midlands Business Consultancy, is seeking to recruit an Accountant to work alongside its already established team

Duties for the Accountant:

preparation of accounts and management accounts for a variety of clients
preparation of business and personal tax tax computations
mentoring junior members of staff
preparing self-assessment tax returns
general bookkeeping
assisting with payroll submissions
liaising with HMRC

Experience for the Accountant:

ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified or QBE
strong IT skills including Excel and Accountancy packages
positive and enthusiastic
good organisational skills
ideally recent previous experience within a UK Accountancy Firm
