Assistant Management Accountant Up to £35,000Grantham, Lincolnshire + Hybrid Working Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a business in the Grantham area as they look to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Help prepare monthly management accounts and provide accurate reports to support various departments
  • Manage tasks related to the nominal ledger, ensuring accuracy up to the trial balance
  • Collaborate within the finance team to maintain data accuracy and integrity in all financial records
  • Assist with financial projects and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering precise results under time constraints

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous proven experience in a similar finance role 
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with nominal ledger responsibilities up to trial balance
  • A sound understanding of accounting principles and best practices
