- Ideally hold or be willing to work towards a Level 4 in Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) – fully funded and supported by our client.
- Must demonstrate an engaging personality, with ability to motivate and encourage individuals with varying barriers.
- Ideally hold experience of providing careers advice to adults, or experience of working within a customer facing advise giving role (for example, recruitment)
- Work closely with a caseload of individuals on a 1:1 and group basis, to identify suitable sectors of employment, and improve skills through further training/qualifications signposting, conducting careers advice and guidance, cv writing, interview techniques, and identifying and overcoming any barriers to future training and employment.
- Work with your caseload to develop a career skills action plan and support them with their learning progress.
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
