We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team for an exciting opportunity based in the Grantham area. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service, and enjoy the routine of regular work, this could be the perfect role for you!
Job Details:
- Schedule:Monday to Friday ongoing
- Start Time:6:30 AM
- Hours:8-10 hours per day
- Pay Rate:16 per hour or 17.93 with holiday pay
- Location:NG31
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle deliveries efficiently, ensuring that all goods are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, following all company procedures.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all delivery points, representing the company professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of proper protective gear such as safety shoes and a hi-vis vest.
Requirements:
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
- A minimum of 12 months of Class 2 driving experience.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading alcohol products.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
