Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Civil Site Engineer on behalf of a reputable civil engineering / highways principal contractor to work on projects in Lincolnshire & East Midlands area.

This division of company operate moreas a 'regional main contractorunit' meaning a tight-knit and supportive team network(200mturnover across North England).This role will be regional due to long-standing framework success with'Midlands Highways Alliance' and more.Project values: up to30m.
Projects covering: highways construction/infrastructure, public realm, streetworks, s278, kerbing, general civils, drainage andstructures etc.

Dutiesinclude...
- Setting out & surveying - using relevant kit
- Delivering as-builts
- Inspection Test Plans (ITP's)
- Quality Assurance
- Involvement in Construction Phase Plans & lookaheads
- Use of IT Management Systems
- Quality control
- Management of sub-contractors & DLO
- Deal with permits and documentation for site
Experience required...
- Should have experience at Site Engineerwith a main contractor on civil engineering / highways projects.
- Must be fully competent with working as PC and adept with documentation and site engineering processes.
- Industry related qualification is beneficial (HNC/HND or Degree).
- Must hold: CSCS card and full driving license.
- Any qualifications such as SMSTS, Temp Works etc. are beneficial.
Remuneration:
A salary of up to 47,000 (dependant upon experience) plus:
company car or allowance, fuel, increased annual leave, life insurance, 8% pension scheme and more.
