Assisting with bank reconciliations?? Communicating with customers regarding payments and resolving queries?? Liaising with internal teams on credit-related issues?? Setting up customer accounts and defining credit terms?? Producing monthly statements and reports?? Handling ad hoc finance tasks to support the departmentWhat we’re looking for:? Previous experience in Credit Control within a fast-paced environment? Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail? Excellent communication skills – professional and confident in liaising with customers? Good IT skills, including Excel proficiency? Experience with Sage and customer payment portals (an advantage)?
