Description
- Manage and maintain the credit control process
- Reconcile complex accounts and negotiate repayment plans
- Process invoices and credit notes
- Handle customer queries regarding payments
- Conduct credit checks on potential customers
- Work closely with the finance team to achieve targets
- Regularly report on debtors and cash flow to management
- Comply with all company policies and industry regulations
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software and credit control systems
- Understanding of the retail industry and its financial processes
