About the Role

This is a standalone, high-impact position, perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Youll work closely with customers, credit insurers, and internal teams to ensure accounts are in great shape and payments are on track.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Speaking directly with customers to manage account status and resolve any overdue debt
  • Handling credit applications and reviewing credit reports for new accounts
  • Liaising with our credit insurance provider to ensure accounts are insured and well-managed
  • Managing direct debit payments and resolving any failed transactions
  • Reviewing, adjusting, and maintaining customer credit limits
  • Keeping customer contact details up to date and accurate
  • Maintaining a tidy and up-to-date aged debt process
  • Responding to liquidator correspondence related to company dissolutions

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in a credit control role
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach to solving problems
  • Confidence working independently and making informed decisions
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and analysing data
