The Role
This is an excellent General Manager role seeking an experienced manager with a strong background in elderly health & social care to take over general management of my clients Grantham-based residential care home. As the successful General Manager, you will focus on marketing activities to support in increasing occupancy levels, taking into account CQC regulations, finances & resources. Â

 What’s Required?
  The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

Prior experience managing an elderly residential care home with sound knowledge of CQC regulations

Currently Level 5 Diploma certified in Leadership for Health and Social Care or in view of this

Experience in marketing & focussing on increasing occupancyÂ
