Position Title: Autocentre Assistant Manager
Location: Grantham

Salary: Up to £32,000 + Performance Bonus

We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive Autocentre Assistant Manager for a well-established automotive service provider in Grantham. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum based on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of up to £2,400 per year. Work Schedule:

  • You'll receive a day off during the week if you work on Saturday.
  • Sunday overtime (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) is rewarded with an extra £1,507.68 added to your annual salary on a rotating schedule (every other week).

Holidays:

  • 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
  • Carry out vehicle servicing and repair tasks on all makes.
  • Support the Centre Manager in delivering top-tier customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain the autocentre's cleanliness and equipment.
  • Implement instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or Directors.
  • Promote company products and services effectively.
  • Assist in recruitment and employee development.
  • Liaise with Head Office and other departments as needed.
  • Assist other autocentres when required.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in automotive repair and servicing, ideally including tyre fitting.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment within the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workloads independently.
