Finance Manager | Grantham | £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

The client is a growing company seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly management accounts for all companies in group.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax, NI, and pension regulations.
  • Statutory Returns: Submit accurate P11D forms, VAT returns, and monthly PAYE & NIC contributions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and produce regular forecasts.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist with audits.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with budgeting and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in financial reporting, payroll, and cash flow management.
  • Knowledge of statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NIC, P11D).
  • Proven leadership in managing finance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (preferred).
