Finance Manager

The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a reputable and growing business based in Grantham, who are on the lookout for an operational Finance Manager to start with the business at the beginning of February.Reporting into the directors, proving analysis and business insights, you will oversee a small team as well as the day to day accounts for the business.This is a varied and all encompassed role where you will get involved in the following:

• Monthly management accounts
• Month end and variance analysis
• Overseeing credit control and purchase ledger
• Completion of VAT returns and monthly payroll
• Balance sheet control and reconciliations
• Year end audits
• Cost analysis
• Continuous process improvement
• Line management of a small team

Qualifications aren't essential for this one as long as you can display the above experience you'll need to be proficient with Excel and up to date with accounting standards.Benefits:

• For the first 6 months you'll need to be present in the office, but after this period some flexibility on hybrid working might be considered.
