Stepping into the role of Private Tax Assistant Manager, you'll support senior staff by offering top-notch tax advice and helping teams meet their goals.

Role Summary:

  • Professional Development: Maintain and enhance skills needed to provide excellent client services, boosting the company's reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, set goals, and hold regular check-ins.
  • Client Portfolio: Oversee client portfolios, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to budgets.
