Our client based in Grantham is looking for an engineering Team leader to work under the department manager and help to organise and run the lines on a day to day basis.
Duties will include:
- Supervising a team and delegating work tasks.
- Manage 1st line disciplinaries.
- Production planning with staff rotas, customer supply demands, holiday planning etc
- Daily reports for staffing, production, KPI’s and staffing issues
- Monitoring and controlling continuous flow of materials in the factory.
- Ensuring that products are in the required area.
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements relating to the operation
The company are looking for someone with a proven track record within engineering and either looking for the next step up into a supervisory role or someone with experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7.45am – 3.45pm
