We have an exciting opportunity as a Mechanical Fitter to join an expanding Engineering business based in Grantham. Your duties as a Mechanical Fitter are:

Assemble components using manual and air tools,
Mechanical assembly and fitting
Following engineering diagrams
Fitting new components across a range of products.
Make and fix small components on trucks and trailers (e.g. bracket fitting).

In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential for the role of Mechanical Fitter:

Experience as an Engineering Fitter
Ability to use hand and power tools such as air-powered devices

You must have a strong background in mechanical engineering, assembly, mechanics, or hydraulics and be proactive in your approach and attitude to work. A mechanical and multi-tasking mind-set is essential to the role.
