We are excited to be working with a Grantham based agricultural business looking to recruit a new Supply Chain Analyst for their team. This is a position for succession planning, and they are seeking somebody who can progress through the business rapidly.
The Role Supply Chain Analyst
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a leading role in ensuring only a premium product is delivered to customers at all times. You will have to proactively build positive and maintain effective working relationships with the whole supply chain team and customers both in the UK and Abroad.
Other responsibilities include:
- Working on projects throughout the business
- Analysing data from customers / new business wins
- Helping with loading / unloading when needed
- Working within laboratory on new products / product refinement
The Hours
Monday to Friday 40hrs a week. With some flexibility for evenings / weekends.
Location
In the office every day near Grantham, with some travel to other operations and customer sites.
The Right Candidate
The successful candidate for the role of Supply Chain Analyst will be able to demonstrate the following on their CV:
- Experience in a lab environment highly desirable
- A passion for the agricultural industry
- An analytical performer, both educationally and in places of work.
- Degree in Chemistry / Maths / IT / Economics is desirable
- Knowledge of customers and client in agriculture
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and self-motivated
- The ability to roll your sleeves up and help with physical labour when required
- Willing to travel and stay overnight around the UK and abroad
- Commutable daily to Grantham
