Up to £30,000 (FTE) Plus Bonus

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Business and Accounts Administrator to join our team. You will primarily support the Head of Finance to look after key bookkeeping, administration and any other general office maintenance requirements.
What your day-to-day might look like:
+ Posting all supplier invoices into the accounts system, with accuracy
+ Reviewing Creditors and preparing payment runs as necessary
+ Reviewing Debtors and debt chase as necessary
+ Supporting the Head of Finance in any management account queries or information, if required
+ Managing 2 mailboxes, answering queries, providing information, fielding enquiries, responding to customers in a timely manner, working with internal departments as required
+ Sending out estimates to customers for work, ensuring pricing and hours are accurate
+ Speaking to customers/suppliers on the phone as requested to solve/talk through queries
+ Organising and orchestrating meetings as necessary
+ Taking responsibility for the organisation of maintenance and relevant visitors to the office
+ Answering ad-hoc queries/perform duties directly for the MD as necessary
About you:
+ 5+ years of administrative/bookkeeping experience in B2B organisations
+ Previously reported to seniors in other roles and took ownership of specific areas of administration and bookkeeping
+ Previously held responsibility and autonomy to achieve objectives and meet SLAs/timelines
+ Logical mindset with a passion for accuracy
+ Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a large number of queries on a weekly basis
+ A self-starter with high energy and a collaborative attitude
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Team player who thrives in a busy office environment
+ An administration and/or bookkeeping qualification would be extremely advantageous
