SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Operations Administrator based in Grantham. The role will become permanent for the right candidate after a 3-6 month period! You must also be available immediately to start work. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace. Experience within a previous Administration role is essential to be successful for this role. Intermediate/Advanced Excel & SAP skills are key to be successful within this role - Excel skills are a must! Responsibilities Include: - Maintaining the relevant daily and monthly reports - Data entry - Strong Excel skills are a must! - General admin ad hoc tasks within the department - Responsible for processing all orders in Salesforce and ERP systems. Also, taking responsibility for any other enquiries incoming to Salesforce inbound cases. - Responsible for creating, analysing and reconciling daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports and correcting discrepancies when required. - Take customer orders, raise the sales orders and factory works orders through our order management system. - Liaise with customers over order delivery dates - Liaise with factory foreman regarding production requirements, supplier delivery dates, stock errors etc. - Generate delivery notes for completed orders and book required couriers and pallet haulage - Book stock into the warehouse and liaise with suppliers on any delivery shortages or quality issues - Periodic stock takes by stock category throughout the year - Chase suppliers for urgent deliveries, or any overdue orders - Generate purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to meet factory requirements You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to demonstrate strong administration skills. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour Please only apply if you are available immediately and happy to complete a temporary assignment!
