A trusted and established firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, on-time projects, are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Turnover stands at 20m currently. The Commercial Director has a plan to get this toward 100m. He has an incredible track-record and in fact has done this journey with his previous company. Already bringing in 30m worth of work with NHBC developers.

The key thing here is you will be joining the story at the very beginning and reap rewards when your a Senior person toward the end of the journey.



The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they stay within budget and are delivered on time. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, procurement, managing subcontractor relationships, and handling contract administration. You will work closely with the project management team to support successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
  • Assist with tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Administer contracts, including valuations and final accounts.
  • Produce regular cost reports and assist with project forecasting.


Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction.
  • Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
