Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Contractor based in Grantham. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will, initially, be working on Groundworks projects across the region. This particular client operates as both a Main contractor on residential developments & Sub-contractor on groundworks projects. Combined, they turnover circa £30m annually. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and expanding contractor that operate across multiple project sectors providing excellent development opportunities and industry exposure.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience with a Main Contractor or Groundworks business.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £65k - £85k DOE

- Operating among a small team of Surveyors
- Working on Residential, Commercial and Groundworks projects across the region
- Responsible for a full array of Quantity Surveying duties
- Office based with site visits
- Reporting to the Commercial Director
- Prior experience as a QS with a Main Contractor or Groundworks business
- Open to QS candidates looking for a step-up
- Relevant qualification or qualified via experience
- Full driving licence
- Good tenure
- Based within commuting distance of Grantham
