Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Contractor based near Grantham. This particular client operates as both a Main contractor on residential developments and a Sub-contractor on groundworks projects, achieving a combined annual turnover of circa £30m. Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits- Salary: £65k - £85k DOE

- Working for a £30M T/O contractor based in Grantham
- Operating among a small team of Surveyors
- Working on Residential, Commercial and Groundworks projects across the region
- Responsible for a full array of Quantity Surveying duties
- Office based with site visits
- Reporting to the Commercial Director
- Prior experience as a QS within either a main contractor, residential developer or groundworks business.
- Open to QS candidates looking for a step-up
- Relevant qualification or qualified via experience
- Full driving licence
- Good tenure
- Based within commuting distance of Grantham
