My client is a leading provider of recycling and resource recovery solutions, and we're looking for Recycling Operatives to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is a hands-on, physical role in a dusty and dirty environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in industrial conditions.

Working Monday - Friday can include weekend work paid at over time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and dismantling white goods (e.g., fridges, washing machines) for recycling.
  • Sorting, handling, and moving materials safely and efficiently.
  • Operating machinery and equipment in line with safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhering to all health & safety regulations and company procedures.


Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a dusty, dirty, and physically demanding environment.
  • Previous experience in a waste, recycling, or industrial setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Verbal and written English skills required
