We are seeking a skilled Plumber for a 3 - 6 month contract with a local council in the Grantham area, focusing on social housing repairs.
The position offers a competitive rate of £21 per hour and includes benefits such as a company van and fuel card.
Candidates should have relevant industry experience within social housing and possess an NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing.
A full UK driving license and own tools are required for this role, with an emphasis on day-to-day repairs and basic joinery tasks.
We are also interested in Plumbers from Spalding, Lincoln, and Peterborough who are willing to commute.

The key responsibilities of the Plumber role include:

Plumbing: Installing showers, taps, sinks, fixing leaks & radiator installations
Basic Joinery: Assisting with basic carpentry tasks
Day-to-day repairs: General maintenance and repair work

The ideal Plumber will have:

Relevant industry experience within social housing
NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing
Full UK driving license
Own tools
