Job Title: Practice Accountant (15-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Gravesend
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Accountant to join our client's team on a 15-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns for a variety of clients.
- Conduct audits and provide audit support as required.
- Manage client relationships, offering expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for clients.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
