Are you a detail-oriented, financially savvy professional with a passion for education? We are seeking an experienced School Finance Officer to join this Fantastic Primary school in Gravesend, ensuring the smooth and effective management of our school's finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budget management, invoicing, and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular reports for senior leadership and governors
  • Monitor and reconcile school accounts, including payroll, expenses, and school funds
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support strategic financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and school policies
  • Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and local authorities
  • Support fundraising and grant applications
What We're Looking For:
