Admin Support professional, where you will utilise your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls daily, as well as performing administrative duties using your proficiency in relevant software, all under the supervision of the Operations Manager and/or the Customer Care Team Leader.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform administrative duties with high attention to detail.
  • Utilise relevant software to manage customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Care Team Leader to ensure smooth operation of the admin support functions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Knowledgeable IT
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
