  • Invoicing

  • Ensuring agency labour is signed by Managers and scanned
  • Holiday management
  • Procurement
  • Ordering PPE
  • Managing safety equipment
  • Site inspections
  • Coordinating training for staff
  • Import and export logging
  • Office management
  • Ensuring diaries are maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
